Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, screen magnification or other assistive technology.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard used for ADA website accessibility. We check the site with automated tools and by hand, and we fix problems as we find them.

What we've done

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and you can always see where you are on the page.
  • Text and buttons have strong color contrast, and pages still work when text is made twice as large.
  • Images have text descriptions, and forms have clear labels and error messages.
  • The website is available in seven languages.
  • Use the "Text size" button at the top of every page to make the text larger. The site remembers your choice on this device.
  • Pages fit phones, tablets and computers, and work with Windows high-contrast settings.

Known limits

  • The downloadable registration form and brochure (PDF) may not work well with screen readers. Call us and we'll go through them with you or send them in another format.
  • Monthly menus are posted as pictures. When a text version is available, it's shown under the menu. Otherwise, call us and we'll read it to you or send it in large print.
  • Activity names and descriptions are written in English only.
